Our team works with architects, engineers, & designers to design-build projects tailored to our clients’ needs. We support the entire build cycle from pre-construction to “APRÈS” [after] finish.

Founding member, Tim Kelly, is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson (CPHT) through the International Passive House Institute (PHI). “Passive House is sustainable construction that provides affordable, high-quality buildings as well as comfortable, healthy living” (iPHA).

Buildings are substantial investments & we recognize the importance of building residential & commercial spaces with lower operating costs. While not all clients are interested in certifying a Passive House, we believe it’s invaluable to address building science principles on all our projects (FHB).

Our family, the Butterfields, have been in the lumber business since the 50s & our suppliers support our success. We built our reputation framing large complex structures with heavy timber, steel, structural insulated panels (SIPS), & insulated concrete forms (ICF). We own a dump truck & self-perform excavation. Our custom homes receive a finer touch with bespoke architectural millwork, finish trim, doors, & cabinetry.

With roots in Park City, we are committed to serving our community with integrity & craftsmanship. We are fully insured & licensed: B100 General Building Contractor, E100 General Engineering Contractor, S350 HVAC Contractor, B200 Modular Installation Contractor, & R200 Factory Built Housing Contractor (DOPL).
